We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. This estimate reflects the time from order placement to delivery, including processing and transit.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information where available.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Large and Freight Items

Due to the size and weight of generators and related equipment, some orders may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require additional coordination, such as scheduling a delivery window or curbside drop-off. Any special delivery instructions will be communicated after your order ships, if applicable.

6. Delays

While we work to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Generam is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
